Method
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- Unroll the pie crust and press the crust into a 8 or 9 inch pie pan.
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs,milk, and salt and pepper.
- Layer half of the cheese, onion and filling of choice into unbaked the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust over the ingredients and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for about 35 minutes until the center is set but has just a bit of jiggle. Let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
