Easy Quiche Recipe

This extra easy quiche is made with a store-bought pie crust, eggs, pre-cooked, bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions for a simple, reliable dish that works for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 green onion sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉
  2. Unroll the pie crust and press the crust into a 8 or 9 inch pie pan.
  3. In a large bowl whisk the eggs,milk, and salt and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the cheese, onion and filling of choice into unbaked the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust over the ingredients and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes until the center is set but has just a bit of jiggle. Let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
